Hopkins House, a 5-Star Evacuation Resort
A luxurious retreat conveniently located just minutes from downtown Ft. Worth, The Hopkins House is the pinnacle of evacuation locations in North America.
The Hopkins House has 3 moderately comfortable bedrooms (air mattress sleeping offered at a discounted rate) , flexible lounging space (seating limited), 1 restaurants (commonly called The Kitchen), one backyard offering comfortable seating (dog may be rented for play, if so desired), a treadmill, and a world-class bathroom. The lush .5 acre is easily accessible, with non-stop fleeing from the throes of any hurricane threatening the Gulf Coast.
This past week we were able to provide the above luxurious accommodations for Matt’s family as they evacuated Houston and sought refuge in the Ft. Worth area. We had a wonderful 10 days with Grandma, Grandaddy, Ronny (Pops) and Carla (Grammy). There are tons of pictures that chronicle their stay at Hopkins House. Although I wish their stay was of 5-star resort quality I fear that the guests worked harder than the owners. Enjoy the pictures, they tell it all!

Looks like TONS of fun! I didn’t even think about it until now but from Sept 11th through the 18th were were up there and one day we spent down there at the Museum of Modern Art – which was – erm…interesting exhibit right now.
My Uncle and soon my Grandmother will live about 3 minutes from town. There is a neighborhood over there with REALLY old styled houses – thats where they live!
And you look so cute Lindsey!
