Six Super Years!

On Valentine’s day Matt and I celebrated 6 years as a couple.  We have so much to be thankful for in our relationship and really enjoyed a few special experiences during the weekend.  On Thursday Matt had 12 gorgeous roses delivered to the school, everyone was jealous of my bouquet.  The flowers were so pretty and smelled so nice.  My students enjoyed  them just as much as me when they came to my office.  One student wanted to know who sent me the flowers and I told him I had secret admirer!  The student believed me and asked if my husband was going to be mad!  Whoops, I quickly set the record straight!

Friday night Matt and I enjoyed massages and got our Valentine’s weekend off to a relaxing start.   It was so nice to be home together and to be pampered.  On Saturday night Matt made reservations at an amazing Mediterranean restaurant in midtown.  Ibiza was a great experience, we enjoyed wonderful food, great wine and terrific atmosphere but most of all we were thankful to be together.    Matt at Arkansas Rabbit for dinner…I had a hard time not singing “little bunny foo foo” as we were eating but it did taste delicious.

After 6 years together I can’t imaging spending my life with anyone else.  Matt is an amazing husband and I am incredibly blessed to have such a man in my life.   I can not wait to see what is in store for us during the next 6 years.
