We’ve got Christmas spirit!

After such a wonderful Thanksgiving and a great Aggie win over the Longhorns on Friday Matt and I decided to take part in the Christmas season by doing a little Christmas shopping on Saturday. Christmas shopping is one of my favorite things so I was eager to get started and really kick off the Christmas season. Matt and I headed out to Walnut Creek, a town about 20 minutes away with a mall and a Toys ‘R Us (very important). As you’ll see in our pictures Matt and I had a great time shopping and enjoyed our trip to Toys ‘R Us. We were also sent an early Christmas stocking in the mail with money to buy some stockings for our new little family. We found the perfect stockings at the Pottery Barn and look forward to using them year after year. Hopefully Santa will put a little something in them this year.
There’s just something about Christmas shopping that can really put you in the holiday spirit. Matt and I are full of that spirit now and look forward to being able to share the holiday season with family and friends this year. I know that we will have many wonderful Christmas memories to share as Christmas gets closer. Until then!

Yea for Christmas. I haven’t done much shopping yet, but, I’m sure I will soon. We are working at decorating the house for your arrival (and Santa’s). You are right Toys r us is a very important stop this year. So is Pottery barn, Williams sonoma, Macy’s, etc. See the two of your soon. mama y

I know what fun Aunt Lindsey & Uncle Matt had at Toys-R-Us shopping for your girls!
We can’t wait to have time with both of you over the holidays.

Looks like yall had a great time! Shopping is so much fun!! I really hope yall didnt choose the Backyardigan’s thing….that toy is the most obnoxious creation on the planet! Grace is very much into Backyardigans and we have lots of the toys, might I suggest the glow-worm-type ones. They have one in Pablo and Uniqua. That music thing though, DEAR GOD! Its loud and aggravating. Please, just rethink it for the sanity of your beloved SISTER! Haha! Love the stockings! Yall are just the cutest married couple EVER!
